New York Giants Place Clint Sintim on IR, Waive Four Others

 

As expected, the New York Giants placed Clint Sintim on Injured Reserve

(IR) today. The linebacker suffered a ruptured patella tendon and torn

ACL in his right knee during Thursday nights 18-17 victory over the New

England Patriots.

In addition to placing Sintim on IR, the team has also waived waive DT

Ibrahim Abdulai, CB Darnell Burks, G Brant Clouser and WR Todd Watkins.

The team will need to be at the limit 53-man roster tomorrow, meaning

27 more cuts are coming.
