| Bears Drop to Bottom of NFC North After 21-16 Loss to NY
The New York Giants are 8-and-4 after scoring two touchdowns in the last seven minutes of a 21-16 comeback win at Chicago.
The Giants trailed 16-7 until Eli Manning shook off an otherwise poor game to engineer a pair of touchdown drives. Reuben Droughns (drohnz) capped the go-ahead drive with a two-yard TD run with 1:33 remaining.
Manning threw a six-yard scoring pass to Amani Toomer to get the Giants within 16-14 with 6:54 remaining. But the Giants quarterback struggled through much of the game, finishing 16-of-27 for 195 yards, two interceptions and a lost fumble.
Derrick Ward led the Giants' rushing attack with a career-high 154 yards, including a two-yard touchdown run.
Bears quarterback Rex Grossman completed 25 of his 46 passes for 296 yards, one touchdown and no interception.
The loss drops Chicago into the NFC North cellar at 5-and-7.
